These terms govern all sales and interactions between Peptide Crafters and the purchaser. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of this website immediately.

2. Laboratory Research Use Only (Strict Compliance)

All products sold by Peptide Crafters are intended strictly for Laboratory Research Use Only.

Non-Clinical Status: Our compounds are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. They are not to be used as drugs, food additives, household chemicals, or for any therapeutic or clinical applications.
Assumption of Risk: The purchaser acknowledges that these products have not been tested by Peptide Crafters for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, or cosmetic applications.
Regulatory Evaluation: None of the products on this site have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

3. Buyer Qualifications & Responsibility

By placing an order, the buyer represents that they are associated with a laboratory, university, or research institution and are fully aware of the hazards associated with handling research chemicals.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of materials purchased from Peptide Crafters.
The buyer agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the procurement and use of synthetic peptides.

4. Purchasing & Payment Protocols

To maintain privacy and security, Peptide Crafters utilizes decentralized and direct payment methods.

Accepted Methods: We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/USDT).
Transaction Security: All order data is encrypted via SSL. Payments must be cleared in full before an order is dispatched from our California fulfillment center.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be for fraudulent purposes or for unauthorized “end-use” (human consumption).

5. Shipping, Stability & Logistics

Fulfillment: All orders are dispatched from our logistics hub in Sacramento, CA.
Stability: Products are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state to ensure maximum thermal stability.
Delivery: Peptide Crafters is responsible for the package until it is handed over to the carrier (USPS/FedEx). We provide tracking information for all laboratory shipments; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address entries by the buyer.

6. Purity Guarantee & Return Policy

Quality Standard: We guarantee a minimum purity of 99% as verified by HPLC and MS analysis.
Returns: Due to the sensitive nature of research reagents, we cannot accept returns once a vial has been opened or the vacuum seal has been compromised.
Disputes: In the event of a verified quality discrepancy (supported by independent lab data), Peptide Crafters will provide a replacement batch or a store credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Peptide Crafters, its directors, or employees be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of our products. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Peptide Crafters from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from their handling of the research compounds.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be settled in the appropriate courts of California.
