All orders from Peptide Crafters are dispatched directly from our climate-controlled fulfillment center in Sacramento, California. By maintaining a domestic logistics hub, we ensure that your research materials are not subjected to the long transit times or unpredictable environmental conditions associated with international shipping.

2. Cold-Chain & Lyophilized Stability

We understand that molecular integrity is the foundation of your research.

  • Lyophilization: Our peptides are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state. This vacuum-sealed powder form is highly stable and can withstand ambient temperatures during the transit process without losing biological activity.

  • Storage: Prior to dispatch, all compounds are stored in our dedicated laboratory freezers at -20°C.

  • Packaging: We utilize secure, light-shielding packaging to protect the glass vials from UV exposure and physical impact during transit.

3. Shipping Methods & Speed

To ensure your laboratory receives its reagents as quickly as possible, we utilize expedited domestic carriers:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days.

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address as soon as the carrier scans the package at our California hub.

4. Processing Time & Payment

Because Peptide Crafters utilizes direct payment methods like Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cryptocurrency, orders enter the fulfillment queue immediately following payment verification.

  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 business hours.

  • Daily Cutoff: Orders verified before 12:00 PM PST are typically eligible for same-day or next-day processing.

5. Discreet & Secure Packaging

We respect the privacy of your research. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of “Peptides” or specific chemical names on the external label. The return address will reflect our administrative logistics office in Sacramento, CA.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Peptide Crafters focuses on providing the highest level of service to the United States research community. We do not ship internationally at this time to avoid customs-related delays that could compromise the stability of our research compounds.

7. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

While we ensure every order is handed over to the carrier in perfect condition, Peptide Crafters is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as “Delivered” but not received. We strongly recommend that researchers coordinate with their facility’s mailroom to ensure a timely hand-off.
