Refund and Return Policy

1. Our Quality Guarantee

At Peptide Crafters, we stand behind the analytical purity of our products. Every vial is guaranteed to meet a minimum of 99% purity as verified by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry. If a product does not meet the chemical specifications outlined in our Lab Results, we will make it right.

2. Non-Returnable Nature of Research Reagents

Due to the highly sensitive nature of synthetic peptides, all sales are final.

  • Chain of Custody: To ensure the stability and safety of our inventory for all researchers, we cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered.

  • Contamination Risk: We cannot verify the storage conditions (temperature, UV exposure, or humidity) once a package has left our Sacramento hub. To prevent cross-contamination and ensure the integrity of our catalog, we do not restock or resell returned items.

3. Eligibility for Replacement or Credit

While we do not offer standard “change of mind” refunds, Peptide Crafters will issue a replacement or store credit under the following specific circumstances:

  • Verified Quality Discrepancy: If you conduct independent third-party testing (HPLC/MS) that shows a purity level below our 99% guarantee, provide the report to our technical team for a full batch investigation.

  • Shipping Errors: If you receive the incorrect compound or a different quantity than what was ordered.

  • Damaged Goods: If a vial arrives cracked or the vacuum seal is visibly compromised upon delivery.

4. Reporting a Claim

All claims for damages or shipping errors must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Documentation: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the uncompromised seals of the vials.

  2. Submission: Email your order number and photos to sales@peptidecraftersusa.com.

  3. Review: Our logistics team in California will review the claim and, if approved, dispatch a replacement within 48 business hours via expedited shipping.

5. Order Cancellations

Because Peptide Crafters utilizes rapid fulfillment (Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cryptocurrency payments enter the queue immediately), orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated at our Sacramento facility, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Peptide Crafters provides tracking for every laboratory shipment. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after a “Delivered” status is confirmed by the carrier (USPS/FedEx) or for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the researcher at checkout.
